what does this mean??? 38 weeks pregnant

Sore hips
Sore thighs
Sudden urge to go to the bathroom
Low pelvic cramping
Pelvic pressure 
Occasional stabbing pain in vagina

What do these symptoms sound like? I'm 38 weeks

3rd trimester symptoms. Sorry it's all normal I am pregnant with twins so I have been feeling all of that for a while and I am 34 and 5 weeks.

With my second I went to the doc and she asked me why I wasn't at the hospital. I said why would I go for a little bit of hip pain. My doc said cause your 6cm dialated. So lol it could be labor for you but everyone is different.
