any other December mama's starting to freak out
a little over 4 weeks left before my sons due date. my emotions are all over the place. i want to cry and celebrate all at once lol. this has been a very long and emotional journey but i'm finally at the end! i still can't believe i'm going to be someones mom. this went by so fast. December moms, we're almost done being pregnant lol
