Gestational Diabetes
Day one: first two finger pricks went fine. After lunch it took me three tries to get enough blood so I wasted two strips and my number was high. After dinner went fine.
pregnancy hormones kicked my ass and I was crying the whole drive home.
This morning I used my last two strips and couldn't get enough blood again.
Now I'm out of supplies until I can get more through some mail order company I have to use with my insurance.
