IUD without condoms

I've happily had my IUD since March and I wouldn't change a thing. My long term boyfriend and I don't use condoms, and he usually finishes on me rather than in me because I'm too nervous to risk it. Does anyone else let them finish inside you and not worry at all about the .01% chance of pregnancy? I trust my IUD completely, but the last thing I want is to get pregnant, and not letting him finish inside logically seems like the best way to prevent that. But I do want him to, and I'm conflicted. Anyone have experience that can put my mind at ease about going for it?
