Sex life blues

I am 32 weeks and 3 days and for the last 4 weeks having sex has become so uncomfortable. It isn't from him laying on my belly, but my lady business starts to hurt and just get uncomfortable in general. Before that we had a great sex life, he says he understands but I feel so bad. Please tell me I'm not the only one going through this
