plane ride... nervous
So I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have been feeling nauseous and vomiting probably every few hours especially after a car ride. I go back home tomorrow and it's a 13 hour plane ride. Going home to the US from Philippines. Any suggestions? I'm super nervous especially that I won't be able to sleep and just be sick the whole time.
