Chores after birth

So some of us are fortunate enough to have family or spouse help them after giving birth, but not all of us. I have 3 kids now, a 4 yr old a 2 yr old and a 5 day old .... My mom was awesome enough to watch my older babies while I was at the hospital and was released 3 days ago. My baby has stayed in the NICU unfortunately and husband had to go back to work the day I got released from the hospital. I'm at home and since I got back my kids still have to eat and little one get diaper changed , I pump every 2 hours I clean after my kids and first thing in the morning I get up take my milk to the hospital before hubby goes to work and I'm back at it again. So my question ...how long postpartum did you star doing house chores and cooking
