Please help im so scared!!

I haven't yet checked my blood pressure but recently my hands has just swollen so as my anckles and i just woke up from tightening in my throat. I was sleeping and suddenly i felt a sudden tightening in my throat i couldnt breath for a couple of seconds and then was able to breath again. My heart started racing so fast i felt it all over in my ears my hands chest everywhere... i looked up the symptoms online and came across preeclampsia during pregnancy. Does this sound like preeclampsia? Please help im so scared.
