2 periods in a month????

So I had very light bleeding with no cramps the first 3 days of Nov. then today after I had sex I started to bleed, I got like quick cramps where it was sharp and went away. My stomach feels weird and the "period" goes from a light bleed to when I wipe it's there. What does this mean? I've never bleed twice in one month. Idk if I should consider this a period? I'm TTC and could this be IB? I know I'm not stressed my life is great and I don't have anything else like untrine fibrosis or an ovarian cyst. Please help?!?!?!
