breastfeeding

My baby girl is 11 weeks, she is breastfeeding and normally eats every 2-3 hours, she's never eaten long on the breast maybe 5-10 minutes and I only do one breast at a feeding then the other breast at the next feeding. The past few days she has barely been eating, like every 4 hours and only a few minutes. She seems so distracted like she wants to look around at everything and not stay latched. At night she eats good and long periods of time for like 10 minutes but during the day she doesn't seem interested. And she doesn't cry or act hungry but going that long I feel like she needs to eat so i try putting her on the boob and then she cries. Is this normal? I've heard some babies are efficient eaters and can empty a boob faster than others but how do I get her to stay latched and focused on eating?
