Nexplanon Period

So i got the nexplanon back in the middle of october and that put off my period by like a week. It started on October 22nd and it's still going on and off with discharge and insane cramps. I asked my doctor a couple weeks ago if everything was okay and she said I should check back in 2 months if I'm still having problems but i'm getting concerned should I go for another visit?
