I had my first appointment with a fertility specialist today after repeated early
MC
. He prescribed Letrozole for my next cycle because my cycles are so irregular. Does anyone have any experience/success/thoughts with this treatment?

Pain in lower abdominal area after ovulation and before predicted period. Having nausea, and heating pad not helping. WTH?? This is my first month with positive ovulation tests.
