What to do for really bad cramps?

Ladies, how do you deal with bad cramps? Mine are so bad right it's really ridiculous. What can I do to ease them. I'm 1 1/2 on Nexaplonon implant and lately feels like it's getting worse and more sporactic.  What can I do to ease my cramps and pain?

Answer

Put something cold where you are having cramps, or near there. Leave it on for a bit then take a hot bath. It helps. Or for a more simple solution... try Icy Hot patches!

Go to your doctor for a prescribed pain killer.

And if nothing works.... midol is always there to help save the day 😄
