Treatments other than Birth control?
So I'm 19, I'll be 20 in New Year's <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>. I'm a lesbian, and my girlfriend and I want to start TTC soon. So I've been researching other ways to treat PCOS, and I've basically come up with three options.
•Myo-Insitol
•Evening Primrose Oil
•Vitex
All three have been proven helpful with PCOS, and the Amazon reviews are pretty fantastic. Have any of you ladies found a more "natural," way of helping with symptoms and weight loss? I can't use Metformin, not even the extended release because it exeserbates my irritable bowel syndrome. So that's a no go, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
