Do you see a faint line or am I imaging it?

I took this test a day before my missed period. Only the circular part of the test had a single blue line. I thought the test was defective. But I looking at it today and I see a blue line. I just got my period yesterday. I'm confused. It's a heavy period too.

If it didn't have a control line during the valid time period for reading results it was definitely defective so the results would be invalid. Anything read after the correct time period would also be invalid. Test again if you still think you could be pregnant. Throw away the test and don't look again after the time period for reading the results passes.

The test is defective if you look at it past the time frame it says. They usually say no longer than 10 minutes.
