vegetarian pregnancy vs non vegetarian
I know this post won't apply to everyone but will probably apply to some. I'm pregnant with baby number three. I've never been a big meat/chicken/fish eater. With my older two, I did go vegetarian for part of my pregnancy. Both healthy over 8lbs, no complications. I've had no desire lately at all for any type of meats, I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I'm curious to know if there are any vegetarians on here, that have had non vegetarian pregnancies and if there were differences in pregnancies? If so, what? Or were there no differences at all? How you felt? Weight gain? Recovery? Just in general
