baby's head in 10th percentile?

So today I had a scan at 36 weeks. He weighs an estimated 5lbs 6oz. They said he's measuring about a week and a half behind and my stomach is measuring only 32 weeks but most importantly his head is in the 10th percentile. I've never had an abnormal scan before and the last one was at 28 weeks.

They're sending me to a specialist in a week but has anyone experienced this before??

I recently had a scan at 34+3 as my Fundal height was measuring 3 weeks behind. At the scan they said baby weighs around 4 lbs 12 oz at the moment and the only measurement that was low was the head. They told me not to worry because if they are head down and engaging it's harder to get an accurate measurement of their head and that because it's a growth scan they have to do that measurement but after around 28 it shouldn't be used for an accurate measurement.
