I am 38 weeks pregnant and I've been feeling naseous lately like mouth watering almost vommiting naseous. And tonight I started getting really sharp pain that starts in my lower back and wraps up around my rib cage and slightly into my abdomen. The pain I'd at least every 10 minutes off and on. I also barely have any energy lately. Could this be signs of going into labor? This is Mt first pregnancy so I'm very unsure of some thing.
