Walmart had a convertible seat (Graco brand) for 99. Definitely a deal. Check if they still have it online. I ordered it Wednesday at midnight to be sure I could get it. Yesterday I went to Walmart for their Black Friday sale which started at 6... at 6:15 all the car seats they had for the sale were gone.
