I gave up coffee but drink a cup of tea a day (35 mg of caffeine) I wanted to limit as much as possible

I switched to decaf! I know you can have limited amounts of caffeine while pregnant, but since there is caffeine in other things, such as chocolate (which I cannot get enough of, lol!) I don't want to have to worry about having too much. Switching to decaf was an easy way for me to not have to think about it! I get organic Swiss water treated something or other from Fairway, and I love it just as much as regular coffee!

I drink one Starbucks double shot can a day. It has like 60 milligrams of caffeine in it. My Dr said it's okay to drink up to 2 cups of coffee. (I think 150-200 milligrams caffeine). A friend of mine drank at least two venti Starbucks lattes while pregnant with all 3 of her kids and her doctor was against it. So I think moderation is key
