4th baby when to tell the kids?!?

I have a 5 year old, a 4 year old, and a 17 month old and I am currently pregnant approximately 4 weeks. When should I tell my other kids? I have no history of miscarriage. With the pregnancy of my 17 month old we didn't tell the older two till we knew the sex and I'd like to include them sooner this time. Any mommas have experience with this?

I have a 7 & 10 year old and we won't be telling them until the end of January when my parents visit. Reason being is that they'll start telling everyone before we can. I figure once my parents come visit I'll tell them and the kids at the same time otherwise my kids would have told everyone before we get a chance to. My SIL recently found out she was expecting and told her 5 year old daughter who then told everyone who would listen and my SIL hadnt planned on telling anyone else until she reached the 3 month mark.

I have  7, 4, and 2 y.o. boys. We told them at 18 weeks they will be having another brother 1/25/17

A few years ago we told them at 8 weeks and I miscarried a few days later. It was harder explaining to them there would be no baby. The oldest kept asking if we couldn't just go to the doctor to help the baby or use a bandaid. It sucked. It's my only miscarriage. I had 2 healthy babies before that. So we decided to wait to tell them these next 2 times.

I have a 5,4,and3 year old and I didn't even get to tell them I was gonna wait till I was showing but my mom spilled the beans and my kids started telling everyone.
