I don't like milk

Okay so I don't like milk, or cheese. I will have milk in my cereal and eat cheese if it's on something like pizza but I will not eat or drink these things by themselves. I am also not big on veggies. I am taking my prenatals and trying to be aware of what I'm eating and have cut back on all sodas except the occasional ginger ale. Is there anyway I could substitue these things for others? (If that makes sense)
