I wouldn't say it helped me conceive per say but definitely made sure for a healthy pregnancy from the very beginning!

I was taking them when I got pregnant. But I don't think that had anything to do with it

I believe it does. The first time I TTC it took 3 months and that was without the vitamins. Second time TTC within a month I was pregnant and I was taking vitamins.

They aren't proven to help you conceive- however they do say to start taking prenatals as soon as you start trying because of all the good vitamins and nutrients. Starts baby off with 100% good vitamins!!! And they're supergood  for you too!

Took them for 14 months before we finally got pregnant

Well technically it's not an aid but if your severely low on iron or folic acid your body may not be able to support a pregnancy so taking them will build up these necessary nutrients and bam! Positive.  That said you SHOULD always take prenatals while ttc because of neural tube defects happen very early in pregnancy like before finding out your pregnant early and folic acid helps prevent that

I didn't start take them until I was 7 weeks pregnant. Took less then a month to conceive for us.

I don't because they are not a conception aid. You take them prior to pregnancy so if/when you conceive. Youve got everything in your system for baby.
