Bananas help cramps?

I've been trying not to take Advil or midol to treat my cramps and ward that Bananas can help with cramps, has ur worked for anyone?

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure bananas work on muscle cramps. For myself, I always make oregano tea. I get really severe cramps and it's the only thing that takes the cramps away.

yes it does relieve alittle bit. eat like 2 a day. Wear socks to keep ur feet warm. Also buy a heating pad at target to, you can use that to help with cramps and back aches.
