nipple pains ? 😩

Having some very sharp pains in my breasts . Like shooting right into the nipple . 😩 does anybody know what this could be? I'm 37 weeks pregnant .

If it's the same thing I'm experiencing my doctor said it's refill pain. Sort of a shooting pain. If you tend to get engorged you're going to experience it more often. At least that's what my doctor told me
