31.4 weeks pregnant. Am I ok to sleep on my right side?

It's the only way I can get comfortable. I don't think baby minds he kicks often when I'm on my right side. I'm just terrified as I've heard lying on the right side can stop the oxygen going to baby? 😭

I sleep on both sides as my hips tend to hurt when on one side for too long ! Your baby will be fine , get as comfy as you can !

I sleep on my back, on my sides, with a pillow stuffed between my belly and legs. Any way I can I sleep. Sometimes I sleep on my back all night long and I've had the best sleep!! The OB I had before the midwives said there was no reason I couldn't. If anything is uncomfortable - that's what I wouldn't do. Just follow your body.

The issue arises from sleeping on your back not your side. You will be just fine and so will baby. Just be thankful you can get comfortable!!! 36+3 here and all I do is toss and turn. Not sleeping much these last few days.

I usually start off on my left but always wake up on the right. The right is much more comfy for me. Can't sleep on my back though. I feel as if I'm being choked.

I lay in whatever position feels comfortable. My baby is healthy & doing just fine. Don't stress. Baby will let you know if they're uncomfortable. Mine has no problem kicking me til she's comfortable lol.

I can only sleep on my left side most nights. My ride side usually makes so so nauseous I wake up gagging. And I sometimes lay on my back. I feel like my body will let me know if there is an issue.
