Braxton Hicks 10 minutes apart

Braxton Hicks type contractions exactly 10 minutes apart for 4 hours. 37 weeks today. Have layer down, drank water and moved around. They don't hurt, just really tight. Whole belly has been hard as a rock for 2 full days. Still most likely days/weeks out right?! Not ready for him yet, I don't think this is labor, just seeing others thoughts. My first child water broke and only had mild period like cramps. Not sure what to expect this time.
