labor? or what TMI

Question

I'm 39 weeks and I'm pretty sure they're contractions, the pain hurts but not enough to make me go to the hospital. But my stomach hurts so bad like I have to poop and I have such a strong urge to push so I'm currently on the toilet trying to poop and nothing is happening just small trickles of pee.. Idk if I should call my doctor & my lower back aches so bad

I did the exact same thing last Saturday and by the time I had gotten to the hospital I was at 3cm.. Now I'm setting at 5 cm just waiting..I never felt contractions with my first son and the ones I feel now are not painful

I'm really not sure. Are your contractions close together? Getting closer? How close?
