Anal sex after giving birth???

12 days pp and still lightly bleeding. I feel great, had a small baby, but still waiting on vaginal sex, least till the bleeding stops. Is anal sex okay ya think?? Had no tearing stitches etc from labor.

I did after both of my boys were born. First time I was about 4 weeks pp and second one was about 3 weeks pp. It was my choice. I was so unbelievably horny. Especially with my oldest because I was on bed rest and was on vaginal rest for 3 weeks before I gave birth.

Not a good idea. You are still bleeding you are not healed you don't want to risk anything.

It should be fine but you need to make super extra sure to avoid any "cross contamination"- you are vulnerable to infection in your vagina right now since you are still bleeding and you can't have anything getting in there. Other than that you're all good, go slow, stop if your body tells you to.
