How soon before baby did you wash clothes??

How soon before baby's arrival did you start washing their clothes, blankets etc.??? 
I'm 25 weeks and have started getting everything cleaned & organized, and was gonna start washing everything...but is it too soon, will I need to wash everything again??

Ive already washed everything and organized everything these past couple weeks and im only 23 weeks, id rather have it all done while i have the energy

I didn't wash any, except like 3-5 outfits. Thankful too because I had to return a lot. My baby was huge and gee fast. ):

I washed It all a like 6 months. Not going to wash it again

I did it like the day before. But I was induced at 38+5
