Baking Soda in water! Trust me I was the girl that said "fuck no" many times on this 😂 but last night was the worst!!!! I was having the worst heartburn out of my 34 Weeks of pregnancy. I prefer natural remedies over medicine - if you're wondering why I would try this! Well let me tell you it gave me I N S T A N T relief, like 30 seconds later I was normal again! My "measurements" were: 💧4 ounces of water 💧half a spoonful of Baking Soda Shake together & chug down! 🙌
