I'm just curious how many of you actually eat healthy during pregnancy? I'm now 27 weeks and my diet consists mostly of cereal, egg, rice, meat, and salad 4 times a week. I snack on nuts and cheese. I also have ice cream and pizza here and there. Obviously I'm not eating healthy enough. I just can't bring myself to eat veggies and my work schedule messes up my eating habits. I work 12 hour night shift and when I work I only eat twice a day sometimes big meals.
Anyone in same boat as me? I'm 27 weeks and weighing between 133-153. My first prenatal checkup was at 9 weeks and weighed 117. I also passed the oral glucose test.
