Go to L&D at 35 weeks?

I've been to L&D 3x for multiple issues from bleeding and cramping. Baby movements have slowed down drastically last couple of days. I just even had some coffee to see if I can get more movement. I've felt her move twice since I started and stopped drinking it, in the last hour.

I feel bad going so frequently and being a FTM I'm more paranoid about everything. I need reassurance I'm not overreacting.

Better safe than sorry. If you're ever in doubt go in. That's what they're there for :)

they get paid to see you. and you'd rather be safe than sorry. if you feel something is off, go in. if you don't feel you need to go in, at least call. it never hurts.

Baby's heart rate was good, had contractions while there but no other labor signs. Movement was still low but heart rate was good and healthy.

Spotting is normal at this point, no harm in getting checked though

Eat something really sugary and drink some really cold orange juice. Then lay on your left side and count the kick, movements, flutters, anything. 10 movements in 2 hrs and you're good. If not, I'd go and get monitored. Baby is probably fine but it's always better safe than sorry. I've been there alot too and for the same reasons. I understand. But they expect it, honestly. It's no big deal to them.
