allergy/sinus medications?

Can I take any kind of allergy or sinus medications while pregnant? I'm in my first trimester.

Like they said, Claritan or benedryl but be careful with benedryl it makes you sleepy.

Benadryl :) I was prescribed it for an allergic reaction at 10 weeks pregnant
