Please help, have you felt like this?

I'm 30 weeks and all day today (I'm now at work) I've been super hot, felt faint and my hearts been beating fast. Every since I became pregnant I've had heart flutters and occasionally felt faint but it's almost impossible to work like this. I'm not asking for medical advice just if maybe this is a normal feeling?

I'm sorry I had it wrong. I just looked at my papers from that day. My glucose was only 68. And all I ate that morning was powdered donuts and gummy rings. So I was shocked my level was so low. But they told me to eat more protein less carbs. And it worked I stopped feeling like that. I kept a jar of peanut butter with me at work lol

That happened to me at work and I almost passed out. My work sent me to the ER. My blood sugar was really high and blood pressure to low. Try eating peanut butter and crackers and lots of water.

It is normal. Try sitting with your feet up when that happens when you can, it is likely your blood pressure temporarily dropping which is common.
