I'm 12 weeks pp and it has always looked different down there. I only had a small tear, and I know it changes some. Now, it's like pieces of vaginal tissue are slightly coming out of me. Has anyone had this happen? I also had a tiny amount of spotting the other day. I haven't had sex so I'm not pregnant, I BF, and sometimes I have pain when I urinate. Like my ureter is bruised. Thanks for any help
