My baby boy is almost going to turn 4 month can i start feeding him puree bananas?

You should start with veggies and its recommended not to start solids till 6 months.

Bananas aren't reccomended as a first foods. If you do wanna start early (ask ped first) it's usually stuff like veggies. There's a list of foods online to start with

I think they suggest you start with vegetables first as some babies once they get a taste for sweet don't like vegetables and they like or it makes it more difficult to get them to take it

Hmm I would stay away from allergy food for the 1st try (bananas, avocado..). Start with like sweet potatoes or green peas , my baby boy is 3 months & I just started giving him puréed veggies.

My daughter had a terrible allergic reaction. I would stick to vegis first. There's a protein in bananas that can be hard for them to digest before 1. Now we have to carry an Epi pen.
