I had a miscarriage on 09/30 and stopped bleeding on 10/8 on 10/4 doc said sac and everything was cleared up but I have still yet to have a period. I've been having various pregnancy symptoms . I was diagnosed with PCOS a few months ago but up until my MC cycles were pretty regular. I've tested 4 times in the past three weeks all BFN my doc wants to schedule me for an ultrasound to make sure everything is functioning properly. Could I possibly be pregnant and just no BFP? I'm dying to know if I'm not I wanna go ahead and start my cycle so that I can start trying and know that I'm actually ovulating and releasing an egg.
