unexplained fertility....

I went to my specialist doctor today and I was Asking everything is good with me and my husband why haven't I been pregnant yet? (Miscarried 2 yrs ago) and she said I just have unexplained fertility.. Does anyone have this or gone through this? I don't have anyone to relate to or talk to that will understand. Im 21 yrs old and I know I'm still young but I have been married 4 years and love children all my life, so hard knowing it's not easy as I thought it was. Just need a friend... ✨
