First Period

I'm 12 weeks PP and I bled A LOT after I had my twins Sept 2. Almost 6 weeks. I went 3 weeks without bleeding then got my first period Nov 6. It wasn't bad bleeding but it was there. Three weeks later and I am still bleeding. It's pretty steady bleeding too. I'm just wondering if this is normal and how long other moms first periods lasted.
