To my ladies with back to back babies

My son is soon going to be one and I am due in about two months and here lately I CANNOT DO ANYTHING without him following me crying for me to hold him or show him attention. My question is, did your baby become very clingy towards the end of the pregnancy? I love him to death but when I hear him screaming bloody murder cause he is watching me go to the bathroom and then his dad yelling cause his cries are so loud I feel so guilty.
