first positive looking ovulation test, need help.

First positive ovulation test. Now what does that mean? In how long will I ovulate? Feeling super crampy in the lower middle and I just took the test out of curiosity and I threw away the instruction pamphlet lol. Good luck to everyone out there!! Xoxo 👶🏻🎀💕🙏🏼💫
