My left breast is very sore at the bottom. I don't have a fever, no chills and no redness. I feel perfectly fine except for the pain at the bottom of my breast. I've been pumping less and less because I want to dry my milk. Yesterday I waited to pump until about 8 pm and that's when I noticed that my left breast was very sore. It was a little difficult for me to sleep and I can't hold my baby on the left side.  I was still able to pump because pumping isn't hurting, but I did notice that very small amounts of milk is coming out ( I was only pumping 3-4 ounces normally). Can it be mastitis???
