First Prenatal Visit was horrible!

So I just found out I am pregnant on the day before Thanksgiving. I went to my first prenatal visit today and the Doctor just simply scared!. It can maybe be that I am a bit emotional but he did a sonogram and said he does a pregnancy but is very early. He took blood and told me to come back on Thursday for additional blood work to check if my HCG count continues to develop, he also stated to come back in two weeks for an additional sonogram. Again it sounds like nothing but to me it just sounds like seemed skeptical about my pregnancy. Ladies has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Now I am full of emotions wondering what is going to happen 😞😞😞😞😞
