Back pain....fml
So this is my second pregnancy and it is literally the complete opposite of my first.
I've had back pain that started a week ago but was manageable with rest and a heating pad. That being said I have had debilitating back pain for the past two days. Today was the worse with the pain shooting down my legs. I was almost crying at work I was I. So much pain.
Unfortunately I can take the rest of my pregnancy unpaid off...any ladies have the same issue and what did you do?! My doctor prescribed some muscle relaxers but I'm not comfortable taking them. She said to start physically therapy but that's not going to be an immediate relief.
Thoughts?! Suggestions?!
