Anyone know how I can get hair dye off my radiator

I was dying my hair and now I've got pink dye on my radiator and I can't get it off. I had the heating on and so it pretty much dried straight away.

I tried to scrub it off but I can't get it off, there's just a huge patch of pink dye on it, don't think my landlord will be too impressed
