How soon did you hear?

How soon did you hear your baby's heart beats on fetal Doppler at doctors visit?

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow, and have my first exam at Shands/university of Florida high risk ob tomorrow. I'm hoping for reassurance that my babies are doing well.

I did IVF so I heard heartbeats at 7 weeks through ultrasound. Sweetest thing I ever heard <3

Mine has never attempted Doppler. Their heartbeats are always very similar and difficult to tell if you are actually hearing different babies or not. Much easier to just see the separate heartbeats with ultrasound.

10 weeks with the ultrasound machine, she said they don't do it earlier in case they have difficulty finding it they don't want mummy to panic. As long as they can see it  they're happy but hearing them was amazing.

My dr did an ultrasound at every visit even after she found their heartbeats with the Doppler.

I had my 1st ultrasound where we found out it was twins at 8w and we heard their heartbeats ❤️❤️

At 6 weeks but on ultrasound not doppler.

7 weeks is pretty early to hear on the Doppler in a single pregnancy so I would imagine it's the same for twins. I didn't find out about my twins until 12 weeks so I don't have first hand experience with trying to hear them that early, but all my previous pregnancies I was unable to hear a heartbeat until the second trimester though I saw it on ultrasound.
