Nutrition help
I am anemic, or at least I was just before I got pregnant. And I'm lactose intolerant, and don't care for nuts, peanut butter, yogurt, any of the like.
So I'm sure I'm still low on iron, but I'm also sure I'm probably not getting enough protein, or anything normally gained from dairy products.
Anyone have some suggestions? And I can't do iron pills, because they make me violently sick... when I first started taking them since the doctor recommended it, I was so constantly sick I couldn't keep anything down and wound up in the hospital. 🤔
Please give me some tips?
