Progesterone levels not doubling?

Hey guys! Okay so my doctor just called me back and she told me my progesterone levels are not doubling but they are rising... Cam somebody give me a highlight on what I need to do to up my progesterone levels? This was my first month using progesterone cream & I got pregnant but soon as I got my positive my doctor told me to stop using it but I lowered my dose to one use a day of the cream. Should I start back using it twice a day? I need some encouragement stories 😥
