Follicles and hormones

So this time it seems the meds are working today is cycle day 11 and i had a follicle at 18 1/2mm. The nurse just called and saod my estridol os at 47 and my lh at 12 which she said was normal and i should ovulate in the 3 to 4 days. I have pcos so i dont ovulate on my own hoping this gets my body to its thing. Was just wondering if anyone had similar experiences and conceived.
